Fully Covered, Roofing and Building Specialists ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what little personal information we handle and how we look after it.

What we collect

This website has no contact forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share, typically:

• Your name and phone number
• Photos and details of the work you want quoted

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, quote for the work and carry out any job you book. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept while your enquiry or job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, then deleted.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent or pass on your details. Calls and WhatsApp messages travel over your phone network or WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Contact us on 07460 514579. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
